HockHocking Adena Bikeway, there are a wide variety of biking options in the

climbing and rappelling are fast becoming a popular sports. The Hocking Forest
near Old Man's Cave features 99 acres that will keep even the most avid
climber's heart racing.

one of Ohio's premier rafting and canoeing areas.
